You'll need:
A turbo 400 cross member, turbo 400 transmission mount, turbo 400 yoke, and an appropriate torque converter. You'll also have to shorten your driveshaft. Your powerglide shifter will work fine, but the shifter will not line up with the PRNDS shift indicators. You can buy the correct indicator lens. In order for the kickdown to work you will need either an original or aftermarket switch. The tranny will work fine without it. That is something you can add later. If you are having the turbo 400 rebuilt, now is a good time to add a trans cooler.
