There is a product by 'Mar-Hyde called 'Urethane Parts Paint Remover'. You sray it on and it foams up a little like regular paint stripper. Be careful not to get it on your plastic parts (spoiler, wheel arch spats) as it will eat them.
There are additives and surface treatments you should use prior to and mixed with the paint to prevent the crazing and cracking. Adhesion promoter and paint rubberizer I think. A paint supplier will be better qualified than me to sell you what you need for your type of paint.
