I have spoken with him and purchased many parts from him in the past. He is more than willing to spend time talking with you to make sure you get what you want & to keep the Pontiac's moving fast! I have dealt with other "Big Names" in the Pontiac world which have very good reputations however it is hard to get phone time with them for obviuos and legitate reasons. Gregg backs his workmanship up and always got my stuff done when he said he would. His prices have also been climbing alot over the last two years so I would guess that is a sign of an increase in his business. (That's my opionion)
