Take a look at the cam area. I had a guy breaking down core motors for me at one point in time, that would tighten the cam bearing tool very tight when removing them. This would score the cam area, kind of like knurling valve guides.In effect reducing the bearing area size. This crimped the bearing onto the cam and the result no turning this one. Had to take a dremel tool to the high spots and rebearing the block. Unfortunatly he did about 30 or so before the first one came up to build and the problem was discovered. Good luck Julian
