Maybe someone has a simple solution. I have been working on various wiring issues with my car. I put in a new starter and a new alternator, when I got everything hooked back up, the engine won't turn over. When I turn the key to start it, all power cuts off and I have to disconnect the battery before power comes back. The car is a 1970 GTO with a rebuilt 428. Please help.
