Toronado 455s are good merchandise - firstly, nearly every dude with a 350 Cutlass is looking for a 455...secondly because they came with big-valve heads (the heads on that engine should have a capital E cast in the lower left hand corner of the top surface)...and, lastly, the oil pan has an additional quart of capacity.
The engine you've found probably has a bad rod bearing on the front or rear crank journal. That's the typical problem that got most 455 cars parked.
