Skip,

The injectors are angle to hit the back of the valve (the current design trend) and so the rails get canted in toward the TB. I've already got some minor clearance problems with the Kinsler TB. If I used standard length injectors it would push the rails almost into the TB itself, let alone the linkage. Also, the rail hold downs are cast into the intake on the Torker version so longer injectors would make them useless without the interference problem.

The Victor version of the intake has the injectors angled more toward the bottom of the port. This keeps everything away from the TB.
