Tom, I have been around Pontiacs since 1978, and I have NEVER found anyone that paid more attention to details than Ken Does!
His comment was about the average street motor being built by an average "Joe" at home. He was looking out for the little guy.
Trust me, nothing leaves his shop without being checked.
