simple check. see if you have spark[they make a tool but you can use a sparkplug and ground to engine] if spark is present and you dont have a fuel gauge simply give engine a small shot of starting fluid. if engine wants to start it is either the fuel pump circuit or pump or could be the injector pulse. to check for injector pulse you will need a noid light [pick one up at parts store they are cheap just tell them what engine you are working on]unplug one injector and install noid light have someone crank over if light flickers injection pulse should be ok. if engine ran before you took took apart i would say you probably just forgot to plug in loom or a ground. also check the plugins on the coil pack. keep us informed.
