75 percent of my shipping is with UPS. Very few problems. When there is, I notify them, they send me paperwork, and a claim is finished no problem. Tracking numbers can be traced by both myself and the customer, no extra fee. Never had a claim denied.

Now lets talk USPS. If you want to make a claim, you need to hand the ORIGINAL insurance form to them, jump hoops, and have lots of time. Tracking and insurance cost extra. I thought I was going to have a claim for a international package, it takes 5 MONTHS for them to investigate the missing package. Turns out the package finally arrived, 2 months after shipping airmail.

If I want insurance, I ship UPS. just my two cents worth.
