Man, I can tell you horror stories about them.
You should not have signed for it, if it was damaged, I do HOPE you noted the damage on the delivery ticket.
Actually, once it's off the back of the truck, it's your problem, they only have to bring it to the back of the truck.
I have to deal with them every few weeks, I will offer some advice, Don't piss them off, then they are really difficult to work with. They suck. Be nice and talk to a supervisor at corporate, not the terminal guy's.
I feel your pain...........about every other week.
