Just to follow up, I did receive a full refund from Ron (including shipping) for this dash chrome. Like I mentioned before, my intent was not to "bash" Potomac Pontiac, in fact, after noticing the positive responses on this thread, I requested CCASS remove this posting as to not offend anyone else. However, CCASS informed me "this is good for the hobby" (I guess they like a little controversy). Anyway, alls well that ends well.
