I figured the M20's lacked the TH400 output, and lacked the 1" countershaft, for all years.
While M21 and M21-HD follow your info. I would hang my hat on the 1971 info.
I figured Pontiac didn't ever use the M22 in the 70's. Would like to see a Build Sheet....
Didn't 73 use the T-10? [ST-10 not out yet??]
Overall, I would like to know that you're correct, and I've working under folklore information. Suppose my statements put me in the novice catagory for 4-speeds. You know I could never get a straight answer on close/wide ratio from anybody when pointing to a muncie on the ground..."count the input shaft rings...look at the first gear teeth...input shaft tooth count..." That's what happens when I grow-up in a cheby speedshop town; Holley carbs, Crane cams, and Mr Ga**** shifters.
