My car did not come with a fan shroud. Did you attach a stock fan shroud to the RR? Or, did you have to "shim" it like Bob J, adding a spacer to get the fan inside the shroud?
With 160* thermostat, I am idling around 175 and am expecting around 200 idle temp in the summer without the shroud.
