I rebuilt my 67 GTO buckets a few years ago, installed new springs, added more side support, all new materials, including seperator wire, new bonded cotton batting, etc. Not hard at all, just take your time and work in a warm area so the vinyl will stretch easier. Pull evenly to avoid wrinkles, work the material. Big difference before & after.
