Which options were not on the PHS options list?
The book that I have lists all of your options except the export-specific items.
Red Line tires were standard on all GTOs in '69 except for "The Judge" which received black wall tires as standard equipment. Red or white line tires could have been ordered as a no-cost option on "The Judge". White line tires were a no-cost option for any GTO.
The Ram Air IV engine option required the Heavy Duty rear differential with a ratio of 3.90 or 4.33:1, the M40 3-speed automatic transmission or the M21 4-speed close ratio manual transmission. Air conditioning (582 C60) and the Instant-Aire Pump (694 V64) were not available options in conjunction with the RAIV engine. Outside of those two exceptions, any option was available with the RAIV. Power brakes were available, but were not generally recommended with the RAIV.
