What rick said. I did this to my 67 convert when I first got it in 1977. Was an interesting task for a 17 yr old kid in his folks drive way. Transmission fluid was no fun lieing in under the hot Fla sun either. YUCK!!! Not too difficult of a task either. Just take your time. Along with Rick's comments you might think about changing the metal lines to braded ones. Connect them to the trany before you put in in the car. Then connnect them to a cooler/radiator. Makes life simpler. You will also need a new dipstick/tube if one didn't come with the tranny. The powrslide and the TH400 are very different.
