Dunno if you can make this out (poor scan, sorry), but the fifth item from the bottom lists option code "T42 HOOD AIR INLET".
This is the original window sticker from Marty Palbykin's 1970 455 Ram Air GTO, which I bought a few months back and recently sold to a good friend of mine.
