I have a lot of pits from rust that I spent a lot of time cleaning up. I went to the paint shop the other day and told them I used all-metal by USC and they told me to just spray the 615 over the bare metal and the All-Metal filler. They said it would be fine and I should fill first, lay down the 615 and then spray some URO 1104S Primer-Filler over that. This Dupont Primer-Filler can be reduced to also be used as a sealer.

Variprime 615 Tech Sheet says 2 medium coats with a flash until dull (about 5 min) between coats. Flash for priming/Sealing is 30-45 minutes. Maximum allowable drying time 24 hrs and after that you will have to sand.
