My 70 RAIV Judge is mostly all orig paint. It is a Freemont car, & has chin spoiler, but no val. chrome. the assembly guide, as quoted before say no val. chrome w/WT1. Also the wheellip chrome was option. Neither of my 70 RAIV Judges came w/it. Maybe, depending on prod. plant, line worker etc some received val. chrome.
