On ebay there is a company that sells a bolt on bracket for your 10/12 bolt.
Then you buy rotors (rear) for a 1980 Firebird
Then you buy rear calipers from Caddilac Seviles
Do some searches on this site and you will find this setup. The guy that sells the mounts sells complete kits for $499.
