higher temps at high speeds usually meens retricted radiator flow or malfunctioning fan clutch, thermal fan operates at incoming air temp( from rad.), non thermal operates( depends on) rpm, make sure your fan clutch is not frozen, then consider restriction in rad or blockage ( debris ) in front of rad.( inbetween rad, and a/c condensor in front of rad.)
