Man I work at a Pontiac Dealer.
let me get this right.
when its wet the brakes are hard to push and dont stop well
but when its dry they are fine
Is that right

That doesnt make sense, the brake system is closed
If the brakes become hard to push
you have a Vaccum issue. either a stuck check valve. or a booster that is going away.
the weather shouldnt effect this.
Now it is possible that the EGR is sticking slightly. this will cause engine vac to go away
and in turn will effect your brakes.
any check engine lights?
