I am not so sure what's hard to understand. If, back then, it was believed the 455 was not available on the Judge, what would it matter if the entry mentioned Ram Air or not?
The 455 was available on the Judge. We know that now. And we know, through deductive reasoning (400 Judges all had Ram Air standard, although they were "proper Ram Air engines), that the 455 Judge had Ram Air standard.
