Nice setup, I like the aluminium work. Are those bolts attaching the core support to the fenders stainless steel? It looks like they might be? If you attach steel and aluminium together, you are setting up a galvanic couple, which will lead to severe corrosion. Stainless bolts will lessen the attack. A seperation boundry will help as well, clear tape between the two parts and a stainless bolt would be best. Stainless will polish up very nicely, and it will retain the shine, unlike polished aluminium which requires upkeep...

It looks great, talk about a sleeper...
