Seating type is a standard, no-extra-cost item. However, additional features like power operation, headrests from '66 through early '68, or reclining backs were extra-cost options. GTOs through 1971 received bucket seats as standard. Bench seats were a checklist substitution at no extra cost. For '72-'73, in the coupe (27) body style, bench seating was standard. In '74 bucket seats were extra-cost options in both body styles.
