First job out of college was as a Mechanical Engineer designing factory automation equipment for Denso. I designed machines that produced alternators, starters, instrument clusters, electronics, and a/c compressor components. After 5 1/2 years of WAY too much overtime, I started as an engineer for a smaller company designing pneumatic cylinders. I am now chief engineer and coordinate with facilities in Michigan, Canada, and Germany.
