I love Ames (I could get banned for saying this)... Just deal with the right person and you will be good. I always ask for Doug btw. and if he's not in (that's rare) I'll just call later.
NEVER had a problem. Me, my father and some others here in Iceland have done a lot of business trough Ames. Most of it was like 2-3 years ago tough.
