I don't like to nit-pick, because you did a beautiful job on your car! But, I noticed that you have your MSD blaster coil mounted on its side and not straight up like the mounting instuctions called for. I also wanted to mount my blaster coil like that. Just before I drilled the holes I read in the instructions that MSD says it must be mounted upright.

I called the tech line for some clarification and was told that the reason for this is because when they fill it with oil and seal the case they don't get all the air out of it. If it is mounted on its side the air bubble will obviously go to the top and the potential exsists for the windings to become exposed out of the oil and short the windings to the case.

I've seen many mounted in this fashion and have not heard about any problems but I just thought I would let you know. BTW just to be safe I mounted mine straight up.
