Any durable material will work in place of the burlap - prevents thesprings from digging into the foam. Just go to a fabric store. I would also recommend getting some extra foam while you are there. You can glue pieces of foam to the new seat buns as necessary to create and even tighter sculpted fit. In addition to new seat buns I would also STRONGLY recommend new seat springs (at least for the bottoms). My new springs were dramatically stiffer than my old springs, and make a huge difference in the feal of the seat when sitting on it.
