I have this King Pick-a-Watt electric heater in my garage along with a small propane heater I hook up to a 20lb propane cylinder (only on really cold nights). The output is 19,454 BTU and uses 220V/30A ckt
My garage is 21x25 and this does a pretty good job. What ever you think you need double it. My garage is well insulated, I set the temp for 60 and use a small fan to help circulate the warm air.
