Im not sure what would be an ideal ammount but I would pick an oil with the highest zinc content just to be safe. The Valvoline race looks like its among the higher zinc containing oils but have switched to Rotella T 15W40 diesel oil for my 406. Thanks for all your posts, great information guy's. Brent
