Darn! I was just thinking that the dryer sheet trick sounded like a good idea. I have used mothballs in my cars for 20 years to keep the mice out and have never had any mouse damage. I live on a farm and stored my cars in a barn until having a garage built last year. The downside to this is that your car smells like mothballs inside. Just about the time that the smell is gone it is time to put the car in winter storage again. Given a choice, I will take the mothball smell over chewed wires and upholstery.
