FYI- the Crane timing module does allow for a vacuum advance function, via an input from a MAP (manifold absolute pressure) sensor. But the only adjustment provided is a selection between 10 or 15 degrees (crankshaft) of vacuum advance. That's one reason I bought the Crane, since I really want a vacuum advance on the street. Unfortunately, the engine isn't done yet, so I can't comment on the performance of the Crane box.
