Yeah, they quit carrying it shortly after I bought mine and I haven't seen one in our local store for more than a year now. But like you said, it's larger than any of the other models for about the same cost.
Another thing I forgot to mention is that you need to make sure to recaulk the seams inside the cabinet before you use it. I also had to replace the door gasket because it was so poorly installed. Not a big deal, but those little gaps will lead to lots of sand on your bench top. I also bought a 1' neon light and velcro'd it to the inside top of the cabinet. Make sure to put a switch on the outside of the cabinet as the grit will foul one on the inside.
The EFI project is coming along swell. I updated my website today in fact. I spent yesterday tuning the idle and no-load conditions up to about 3,500 rpm. I've got it about 95% there but want to refine it a bit more. I'm thinking of leaving the engine in the car and skipping a follow-up dyno session as I'm busier than ever and want to get the car done.
