Default use of 4 dr quarters to repair in 2 dr boneville

I own a rusty 68 bonneville convertible. Rear quarters on both sides need lots of work. NOS quarters are like hens teeth and very expensive. Shipping alone is heavy duty. However, I have located a 4 dr bonneville with decent quarters for cheap.

How difficult would it be to cut and fit this junk together. I believe the wheel well openings would be identical, and I know the area directly in front of the wheel well would be different between 2 and 4 dr. How different is the area behind the wheel well?

Anything is possible with enough time and money. I have limited amounts of both. Is it doable to use the 4 dr quarters, or should I continue to hold out for 2 dr quarters?

Oh yeah, I need a good hood as well. Mine is rusted out near the cowl above the bottom reinforcing panel where the body mastic/tar all comes together. Anybody got one near Nashville, TN?
