Lucerne was not available on the A-body. F-body only for 1970.
Bermuda Blue is close to Lucerne, and would lighten it up a bunch. It's a brighter blue, as opposed to the dark navy blues.
Atoll would probably be in between Bermuda and what you now have.
Lucerne Blue is a very pretty color, however. It has more of a silver tone to it, while Bermuda is more of a royal.
I'd keep the car blue if it were me.
