Sorry, but when you described what the finished parts looked like, the only thing that went through my head was a loud flushing sound, kinda like what you'd hear if you flushed your money down a sloan-valve toilet.
You get what you pay for, and for a little more money, you could have sent it to Tri City Platiing, or others that don't charge $800 per bumper, but DO, in fact, do quality work.
I'd almost bet yours were sent to the Bumper Boyz...
