I'll post the code for the paint here.
If I remember from all the cars that I have taken apart, the inside of the fenders were usually the remnants of the black factory primer which had usually gotten thin and show some light discoloration.
In this case mine have the black primer from Goodmark, along with some hints of grey primer. The fenders are painted with suffiicent coverage to make sure the sharp edges are not left bare.
