Remove radiator, A/C condenser (if so equipped), battery and battery tray, and radiator shroud from under the hood.
Remove lower valence panel.
Disconnect headlight wiring, and remove the four bolts that hold the L-shaped bumper mount brackets to the frame (get some help, or use an engine crane, because this will allow the entire endura nose to come off the car, as one piece).
Once the endura is out of the way, remove the wiring harnesses that traverse the core support (including the leads to the horns).
Remove the upper fender mount bolts, as well as the lower brackets that attach the lower fenders to the core support.
Remove what is left of the core support mounting bolts.
Pull core support straight forward, over the frame horns, to remove.
Installation is basically the reverse.
Of course, you'll have to transfer the center bracket, horn assemblies, hood latch and release rod/bracket, and anything else bolted on to the new support.
I think that's about it.
