We are trying to find out if the 67 plate is the same in appearance as 66, but it does have a different part number, 9777675. Also has a different description. "1.5 I radio opening cover (67)" vs "plate, radio opening cover (66)"
I think I can solve this mystery, since I have both a '66 and '67 in front of me (I'm a bit of a radio/heater delete fan). I can say with all certainty that the '67 is identical to the '66, since it's the exact same part with the '67 part number added under the '66 PN. See photos below:
