No ax to grind here. I only asked simple questions and cannot get an answer. So please don't ask me to answer yours untill you do the same.

I can read just fine. You said you were unhappy with the service and you would never go back to them. I don't see anything about GOOD in there, only that they were so BAD you won't go back.

I THINK YOU ARE THE ONE WITH AN AX TO GRIND. My ax is already sharp and it seems i'm already chopping wood.
