Bryan:

You might try Spot-X it is sold by a company in washington state and it is excellent. You mix it into a paste and can use a small palm sander with their pads, get's them shiney new and removes small scratches. You can look them up on the internet. When I get the glass in my car I plan on having them tinted (non-a/c car), my tint shop wants all the glass in before they tint.
