rexus31: take a clue: it may be a good thing to cut the water cross-over, even on a Tri-Power manifold.

I tink you just got the reason/excuse to go-and-modify it.

Or: seriously consider SILOCONE doped into the cracks, smalll bolb on the interior & sculpted-to-the-surface on the exterior. Paint to conceal repair.

I would think through the choice: JB-Weld vs Silicone.

Pass-side & Driver side: Shouldered bolt with Wet-assy of Silicone on interior of Bolt hole& bolt-uppershank during bolt insertion. To prevent a leak from propagating outward.

Driver-side needs carefull exam.
