it probably wont work to weld, becouse as soon as you tork down that bolts on the intake its going to crack again. find another crossover, or intake. it will save you more in the long run. if you have a tri power on your pontiac, at least i would think you take great pride in your pontiac, and would avoid THE QUICK FIX... good luck
