I used the same ones between the pump and mounting plate. They helped a little.

I have mine in the same place as Vic. I am going to try some grommets between the plate and the trunk next, but I am putting in a sumped tank, and will try to relocate the pump to the frame rails, which should be a lot quieter due to less resonance.....


BTW, it's not that annoying. The guys in my car club give me a hard time about it, but it really doesn't bother me that much, especially since I don't have any fuel delivery issues at all........
