I sold a Limelight Green 71 GTO 455HO about ten years ago. It was heavily optioned, but did not have ram air. It came factory with 15" wheels and rear seat shoulder harnesses.
The air cleaner for a 455HO GTO without ram air is pretty hard to find. It is a double snorkel with two heat risers.
I know of one other 71 GTO (a brown 4-spd) that is a bench seat car. It was also a non ram air car. I still have the air cleaner off of it.
