About 2 to 3 weeks as long as your taxes are up to date and you have a modest amount of equity in your home........go that route. Use a local savings and loan - if there are any of those left in your area. They are just as competitive as the big banks and only slightly higher than the internet thieves. They are more likely to cater to the locals too.
