Having your heart in a new business venture doesn't excuse failing to deliver the goods. While Mr. Navarro may be willing to loan money to Tribal Tubes indefinitely, others may not have the same comfort level and should not be expected to do so since delivery was promised in 4-6 weeks. These people have been wronged any way you look at it. While they may continue to exercise patience, it certainly should not be expected regardless of the troubles being experienced by Tribal Tubes.
