oil pump shaft looks like a candy cane and the rod is broken. Bottom half of the rod brok pretty short and clean but it did punch the bottome of the cylinder a couple of times causeing quite a bit of damage. My skirts on my pistons come out of the cylinder sleeves at bdc. so i am assuming the block is screwed. The guide that holds the oil pump shaft (cast part of the block that is inbetween the distributor and the oil pump.) has cracked off and only has half of the guide there. So i assume this block is toast. I really planned on putting up some pics but I looked for my camera for like 3 hours and couldn't find it. I will post some pics with my sisters but she isn't home. Later guys and thanks for all the help. (Ordering eagle rods today!)
